"LAUNCH You!" Life Leadership Program

The “Launch You!” Life Leadership program offers a unique opportunity to think, learn, and talk with experts and peers. The goal is to help you learn and grow, and to walk out with a group of friends; people who are going through what you are experiencing, and with whom you can test ideas, share concerns, and exchange advice.

Your investment with the academy includes:

  • THE START. Your initial personalized intake, with the opportunity to discuss your goals in preparation for the program.

  • THE PROGRAM. Developed BY, WITH and FOR adults in the autism community, is a highly interactive 6-session virtual program, with the goal of helping you get started (LAUNCH YOU!) toward creating a habit or taking one small step to help yourself on the next stage of your personal life journey!

  • SMALL GROUPS. Each cohort is limited to ensure a relaxed, immersive experience, with the majority of your time being spent in small groups (6 individuals or less for in-depth discussions).

  • ONGOING ACCESS to future TRLA speakers and programs and courses.

  • MONTHLY OPPORTUNITIES beyond the program. The opportunity to join a potential host of monthly virtual opportunities:

    • Our academy-only Discord cohort

    • Listening and support gatherings

    • Social groups
